Plains cactus, yucca, prickly poppy and thistle~ so many scratchy and prickly things! The tall grass was itchy and full of whirrrring grasshoppers, but Gretel was as happy as pie. :)

Yes, I've had some deep thoughts lately. LOL! :) Hopefully they will translate into paintings soon~ I've been so lazy, but needed some new energy and new ideas. Vacations are good for that!
